Basically, today was a really boring day. I didnt work out because I made the huge mistake of not eating before or after working out yesterday. So yeah... I felt terrible still today and decided to take it easy.
I ate pretty healthy though, 2 turkey burgers, a bowl of cereal and some fruit(grapes and strawberries)
As long as you are working out 6 days a week...you will be doing great. You do have to feed your body though. So that means time management. Exercise, eat, study, sleep and hopefully work.
